kobo - best ebook reader/downloader/manager and an absolute joy. 

i use kobo to read ebooks on my kindle fire, it’s absolutely gorgeous, neat, clean and gives you reading-badges. you can download books (classics are free), upload your own, bookmark, take notes and highlight. utter perfection i tell you.
